Eric D. Johnson*

Eric Johnson is a Regional Sales Manager with First Horizon Msaver, one of the nation’s leading HSA administrators.  He has more than 12 years of experience in health insurance and employee benefits.

 

In this current role, Eric specializes in consumer-drive health care, educating health insurance professionals and assisting in the implementation of the company’s Health Savings Account (HSA) program.

 

A recognized leader in the insurance industry, Eric is a Past President of the Fort Worth Association of Health Underwriters and a national instructor for NAHU’s Consumer Directed Health Care certification course.  He is a frequent speaker at conferences across the country and was recently honored with the William G. Wetzel Award for Excellence in Public Speaking by the National Association of Health Underwriters.  He also writes a monthly column for Benefits Selling Magazine called “On Second Thought”.

 

Eric has lived in Texas all his life. He was born and raised in Houston and has lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1997.  He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
